Return Policy

Most of our items are eligible for our refund policy,
within 30 days. If your product is defective or damaged, you can contact us
email with photo evidence and request a refund. Email: unique-jewels@magiele.com with your refund claim. * To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
* For a refund to be accepted, the item must be defective

or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind. Please provide a photo
proof that the product is defective or damaged.

*Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If a product is on sale,
cannot be returned.

 
Several types of goods are excluded from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers
or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are household or hygiene items,
hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items: * Gift cards. * * Some health and personal care items. * Book with visible signs of use. * CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record that has been opened. * Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refunds (if applicable): We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the product was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the gift recipient mailed the order to themselves to give to you later,
We will send a refund to the donor and they will be notified of your return.
