Return Policy
Most of our items are eligible for our refund policy,
within 30 days. If your product is defective or damaged, you can us
email with photo proof and request a refund.

* To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
* In order for a refund to be accepted, the item must be defective
or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind. Provide photo
proof that the product is defective or damaged.
* Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If a product is discounted,
cannot be returned.
Several types of goods are excluded from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers
or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are household or hygiene items,
hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards.

* Some health and personal care items.
* Book with visible signs of use.
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl disc that has been opened.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable):
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card
or to your original payment method, within a certain period of days.
Late or incomplete refunds (if any):
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time to post
officially the refund.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, you will be mailed a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later,
we will send a refund to the donor and they will know about your return.
